It consists of a separate bedroom, a spacious living room and a kitchenette with a monastery dining table. The colourful bathroom includes fluffy bathrobes, slippers and branded amenities. Extras include a Nespresso coffee machine, flat-screen TV and free WiFi.

Sunset Suite with Private Heated Plunge Pool Elegantly decorated, this suite consists of an open plan bedroom with king-size bed and spacious living room, a bathroom with rain shower and a fully equipped kitchenette with small fridge. It opens to a private terrace with a cave-style plunge pool that provides caldera and sea views.

Location

Luna Santorini Suites is an ideally located hotel away from the crowds and tourists, perched on the hill with great views. It is located in the middle of the island, making it easily connected to restaurants, shops and the ferry docks. Although access can be tricky with a heavy hike all the way up with the stairs, it is a superb location that offers incredible views of Santorini. The hotel is situated in a quieter location outside of Fira, yet just a short distance to midtown and a few minutes walk from the village. While it may be a little out of the way from most popular bus routes, it is perfect for visiting the island and provides a beautiful view of the city. The quiet location is perfect for relaxation with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. However, it may be difficult to get around without hiring a scooter or car. Overall, the location of the hotel is a gem in Pyrgos with a short, hilly climb and a 20 min walk from a larger supermarket. Although the path to reach the hotel may be complex and require a five-minute climb with many stairs, it is certainly worth the effort for the breathtaking view of Santorini.

Some rooms have shared spaces, but most are super private with massive and comfy beds. Those who speak languages other than English will also feel right at home here, as the staff is accommodating and helpful in many languages.

Although there were a few guests who found the beds a little soft, the majority speaks highly of their comfort. Plus, the pool even provides a good spot for sleeping! The only downside is that access to the bed can only be from one side. Other than that, the rooms have everything one needs, from coffee and tea to wine and toothbrushes, except for a complimentary bottle of water. The staff at Luna Santorini Suites are amazing, exceptional, reliable and super friendly. Guests were warmly welcomed by Irene and the couple in charge of the service are the most adorable. The concierge, Sofia, was great and supported guests with various things such as restaurant reservations, tourist spots and activities. The staff was really helpful, friendly and always willing to assist with carrying bags to the room. Elisabeta was very nice and Irina was always available and recommended a lot of things with a strong customer focus. The staff were discreet and really adorable with a great sense of caring for guests. The owner provided impeccable service and was very attentive. Guests also enjoyed the fantastic terrace view overlooking the sunset and the nearby Rosemary restaurant with delicious meals and friendly service. The staff provided a warm welcome and excellent treatment, including super service with luggage. Despite some comments about the owner not being very affable, overall, guests had a fantastic experience with Luna Santorini Suites' staff.

Rooms with Jacuzzi / Hot-Tub

Luna Santorini Suites offers beautiful suites with private hot tubs, some with amazing views over the island and the sea. Guests enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi on their personal terrace with panoramic views or on the roof with the outdoor hot tub always warm. The cave swimming pool was also a top attraction. Although some guests had issues with the hot tub taking a long time to heat up or being broken, most guests found the hot tubs to be amazing and enjoyed them at night. The only downside was that some guests experienced noise from the hot tubs at night. Overall, the jacuzzi and hot tub in the room were a great addition to the luxurious experience at Luna Santorini Suites.
