The warm and welcoming reception has been consistent across reviews with attentive staff who are discreet yet always available. However, some guests' experiences have been different with a few members of the team struggling with the English language and displaying impatience, mostly during breakfast. Additionally, some guests found the restaurant concept unclear, which confused them, while others experienced overbearing and unprofessional conduct from certain members of staff.
