The staff is one of the hotel's greatest assets with guests raving about the warm welcome they receive upon arrival and the helpfulness of the entire team throughout their stay. The spa area is also fantastic with several saunas, a steam bath, whirlpool and a swimming pool. Although some guests found the spa/pool area to be overcrowded with children, the indoor and outdoor pool looked impressive.
