Positioned close to Annecy and its scenic lake, the hotel is also a practical choice for those driving through or attending nearby events, boasting a large, free parking lot.
The breakfast offering at Logis Albhotel Grill, while generally satisfying with its variety and cleanliness, has received some mixed feedback. Guests commend the homemade waffles and fresh bread rolls but suggest there is room for enhancement in the variety and quality of local products and coffee. On the other hand, dinner experiences at the on-site restaurant are highly rated with guests frequently praising the excellent quality of food, reasonable prices and friendly service. The home-cooked meals and generous portions further enhance the dining experience.
Rooms at Logis Albhotel Grill are described as clean, comfortable and functional with many guests appreciating the spacious areas, large beds and good air conditioning. The quiet and peaceful accommodations are another highlight, supported by effective soundproofing. Some minor criticisms include the need for updates in bathroom facilities and occasional noise disturbances. However, these issues do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
Cleanliness is a consistent strong point with the hotel and its facilities, including the recently renovated bathrooms, receiving high marks for hygiene and maintenance. The friendly and welcoming staff further elevate the guest experience, often highlighted for their kindness and attentiveness, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The outdoor pool is a notable feature, providing a refreshing retreat, particularly appreciated by families and those seeking relaxation on hot days. The clean, secure pool area and presence of sun loungers add to its appeal. Additionally, the large, easily accessible parking area enhances the overall convenience for guests.
The bedding at Logis Albhotel Grill is generally lauded for its comfort with quality mattresses and pillows ensuring restful nights. Although there are a few mentions of minor inconveniences, such as awkwardly placed light switches and one report of an uncomfortable bed, the overall feedback on sleeping arrangements remains positive.
In summary, Logis Albhotel Grill offers a convenient and comfortable stay with standout features including its strategic location, friendly staff, clean accommodations, delightful dining options and attractive amenities such as the outdoor pool and ample parking. Despite some areas for improvement, the hotel largely meets and often exceeds guests' expectations.
