The historic inn has an olde worlde interior and a gorgeous boutique-style hotel, making it an exceptional location for a quaint and cozy country stay. Despite being a little out of the way from Halifax, the inn is still in a perfect location for great hikes and visiting Shibden Hall. Although it can be difficult to find with no signposts, the easier access road is well worth the effort. The location is idyllic, absolutely beautiful and very quiet, making it a wonderful, secluded valley spot. The food at the pub is fantastic and it's just a short drive into Halifax, further adding to the location's convenience. Whether you're looking for a peaceful country setting or a convenient location near Halifax, Shibden Mill Inn's stunning setting and friendly atmosphere are perfect for your next trip.
