The hotel's proximity to the water and marina provides a stunning view from many rooms and creates a tranquil setting despite being close to Southampton. The breakfast selection is plentiful and served quickly in a beautiful location overlooking the marina. Guests have also enjoyed delicious meals in the sophisticated restaurant and appreciated the ample parking on site. Although some guests found their room to be small and hot, the beds were consistently comfortable and well presented. While there were occasional issues with cleanliness and limited menu options, the majority of guests had an overall positive experience at the hotel with the staff receiving much praise for their warm, professional and accommodating personalities. Overall, the Royal Southern Yacht Club provides an excellent value for money, yacht-inspired vacation destination with superb facilities.
