Additionally, some guests felt that it was unfair to pay extra to access the spa after the complimentary 1-hour use. Overall, the leisure facilities were superb and outstanding. The fact that hotel guests cannot access the spa freely and need to be members was also a point of concern. Despite the minor setbacks, the spa and sauna facilities were great and it was a beautiful and relaxing experience.
