Zoe was an incredible host at the bar and the young lad who runs the place single-handedly was excellent. All members of staff without fail, were helpful and accommodating. Even Donald and his staff went out of their way to ensure guests had a wonderful stay. The staff was always helpful and very welcoming and guests could tell they genuinely cared. Service at meal times was very good and staff was generally pleasant and accommodating. Mark especially stood out for his exceptional service and warm personality. Even furry friends are welcomed with open arms at this lovely establishment. The only downside, although rare, was some reviews about cold and unwelcoming staff, but these were in the minority and the majority had only positive things to say about the staff's warm and friendly nature. Overall, the staff at Little John Hotel is extraordinary and plays a significant role in creating the hotel's lovely relaxed atmosphere.
