The Champagne Tower rooms, in particular, left a lasting impression on guests due to their unique features such as a 7' champagne glass-shaped hot tub, a heart-shaped pool, a fireplace and a sauna. Guests also enjoyed the Rock jacuzzi, pool and hot tubs, although some had issues with stained or dirty tubs and non-functioning jets. Some guests did criticize the need to pay for bubble bath and having to clean the jacuzzi area themselves.
