While some found the hotel to be okay or passable, others had a less than satisfactory experience. The lack of complimentary water and coffee in the rooms was particularly disappointing, as was the upcharge for breakfast. Additionally, some guests encountered issues with the rooms themselves, including limited views, inadequate baths and malfunctioning thermostats. Parking was also a challenge for some travelers. Perhaps most alarming, one guest noted that they encountered an unmasked housekeeper in a hallway. All of this being said, some guests did appreciate the hotel's location and found it to be priced somewhat reasonably. However, others felt that they had paid too much for what was essentially a standard 1-3 star hotel experience.
