While some guests had complaints about the pool, many still enjoyed using it and relaxing in the sun. The pool area is considered very nice with helpful staff such as Liza and Kevin who took care of guests. Some guests wished that the outside hot tub could be open earlier and expressed disappointment that the outside Jacuzzi was closed for an expensive resort fee.
