Some guests were disappointed by the lack of spa-like amenities with small saunas in each changing room and no hot pool. Couples were also unable to use the sauna together. On the other hand, some guests raved about the outdoor pool and spa facilities, describing them as absolutely to die for. Overall, the pool is there and can be used but don't expect a luxurious spa experience at Tylney Hall Hotel.
