Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Days Inn by Wyndham Parsippany enjoys a highly favored location, praised by guests for its strategic positioning near major highways like US287 and I-80, and proximity to various amenities such as shops and popular eateries. The hotel is also commended for its safe and quiet surroundings, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Guest experiences regarding breakfast are mixed; however, some appreciate the convenience of the basic continental options provided, including bagels, coffee, and waffles. While the breakfast offers a satisfactory start to the day for many, improvements could be made in terms of variety and consistency.
The hotel's rooms present a varied experience, with many guests pleased by the clean, newly remodeled spaces featuring modern upgrades, generous space, and useful amenities such as in-room refrigerators and microwaves. However, older sections of the hotel face criticisms, with reports of outdated furniture, inadequate soundproofing, and cleanliness issues.
Cleanliness reviews also vary, as some guests praise the cleanliness of their rooms and the efforts of the housekeeping staff, especially in renovated areas. Nonetheless, there are consistent calls for improved cleaning standards across the property, specifically in common areas and less updated rooms.
Staff interactions generally receive positive feedback, with many guests appreciative of the friendly and helpful demeanor of certain employees. While some appreciate the courteous service and professionalism, others describe instances of rudeness and inconsistency in response to guest concerns.
Wi-Fi connectivity at the hotel is hit-or-miss, with some guests experiencing satisfactory service while others report connectivity issues, particularly in certain areas.
Regarding the beds, many guests find them comfortable, complimenting the large size and quality of bedding. However, there are reports concerning hygiene and pests in some instances, detracting from the overall experience.
Overall, Days Inn by Wyndham Parsippany offers a convenient location with promising prospects for comfortable lodgings. However, attention to consistent service quality and property updates could enhance the guest experience further.
