Garden House with Hot Tub This spacious house and hot tub is set in 2 acres of walled garden with a spacious log-fired sitting room, dining room for 10, conservatory with dining and garden dining with a barbecue and fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped with an AGA, the utility room has a large washing and drying machines, freezer and ice maker. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with bathrooms and 1 shower room and a separate guest cloakroom. There is free WiFi, a card table, games, swing ball, garden chess and hot tub. Please note 3 of the bedrooms can be king or twin. Tennis and fishing subject to availability. Family and dog-friendly.

Bothy Cottage in the Garden This restored gardener's cottage is situated alongside the potting sheds. There is free WiFi, a cosy sitting room with TV, DVD player, DVD library, books, and a selection of games including backgammon. The fitted kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dining area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of storage, bathrobes and hairdryer. The bathroom has a bath and hand-held shower and plenty of amenities and fluffy towels. The hall has a washing/dryer. Outside, there is a small garden terrace with chairs and a barbecue. This cottage cannot take an extra bed. A baby cot can be put in the bedroom but space will be very limited. Dogs are welcome in the cottage at a surcharge of GBP 20 per dog per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.

Big House Big House Carnell House is a historic mansion house available for exclusive use. Offering 10 bedrooms and bathrooms for guests, the house can host private parties and family gatherings for up to 20 guests. When booking the house, please note the price listed is for rental and there is a supplement per person for the all-inclusive service charge of GBP 125 plus VAT per night which includes housekeeping, all meals and drinks.

Carnell Flat The flat is part of the main house but has its own private entrance leading to the 1st floor. With large airy ceilings, the flat is decorated with antiques and art. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area for, bathroom with bath, a spacious bedroom with a super king-size bed with a separate sitting room with TV, DVD and DVD library. Dogs are not permitted in the flat.
