Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category

Lancaster Hotel is an average budget hotel that can serve as a good option for those visiting the nearby university but not much else. While some guests found it pleasant and comfortable for the price, others were disappointed with the tiny and outdated rooms, lack of amenities and poor customer service. The hotel advertises itself as five stars but in reality, it is closer to a three-star rating. Some common complaints included the noisy campus location, difficult internet connection, low-quality wine and unhelpful staff. While some guests found the hotel to be great value for money, others wouldn't rush back and found it overpriced. Overall, the Lancaster Hotel may not be exceptional, but may serve as a passable budget option for certain travelers.
