While the pool and sauna facilities are excellent, guests were disappointed to find that lockers required a pound coin and that the spa closed early on Wednesdays. Despite some setbacks, guests still enjoyed treatments from the spa's excellent masseuse, Daisy. Some guests' stays were solely intended for relaxation in the spa, but unfortunately, appointments were not available for all services. While some sections of the spa were newly refurbished and clean, others were in need of updates and better cleanliness. Despite some mixed reviews, the Loch Rannoch Hotel and Spa offers a variety of activities including a climbing wall and access to a good gym.
