"Hotel 9 claims a four-star status, but many guests find it falls short of this rating, expressing disappointment in various aspects of the hotel. The overall condition of the property seems to need major renovations with heavy wear on sheets and outdated furniture and decor being common points of critique. The amenities such as minibars, bathrobes and slippers are either missing or inadequate, detracting from the expected four-star experience.
The breakfast offerings have also drawn criticism, described as poor and lackluster, comparable more to a three-star hotel with limited options available for vegan and vegetarian guests. Despite these concerns, some reviews acknowledge that Hotel 9 has managed to maintain its status in some respects, presenting itself as a modern, luxury boutique hotel to some guests. However, the majority of feedback suggests that the establishment does not quite meet the four-star standard it advertises."
