The breakfast, though receiving mixed feedback, is often highlighted for its quality coffee and pastries, with many finding it reasonable and satisfactory despite some remarks about its simplicity and lack of variety. Similarly, the hotel's rooms are often described as spacious and comfortable, though they are noted as being outdated and in need of renovation to address maintenance issues.
Cleanliness at the hotel generally receives positive feedback, with many guests praising the high hygiene standards and daily cleaning efforts. However, there are occasional reports of room-specific cleanliness issues that need attention. The staff at Rede Andrade Estrela Dalva Centro Hotel is consistently commended for their exceptional service, friendliness, and attentiveness, making a significant positive impression on guests.
The Wi-Fi connectivity receives mixed reviews, with many guests experiencing issues, particularly in their rooms, which suggests an area for improvement. The pool is a charming feature, appreciated for its inviting ambiance and cleanliness, though some improvements in management are suggested.
