From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm greeting from the very helpful and responsive owner, Margarita. Her delightful personality and accommodating nature made us immediately feel at ease. Mary, another staff member, was equally friendly and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. Smooth communication and an extremely helpful team, including Angelika and Magarita's husband, made our stay effortless. Margareta, the "topp dame," was always on hand to sort out any issues we had and Angeliki went above and beyond to arrange taxis and suggest excursions. The staff was multilingual, which we appreciated and proprietaria, who even spoke some Italian, was gentilissima and molto disponibile. Our experience at Villa Rita & Helena was impeccable with the personalas paslaugus attitude of the staff truly standing out. However, there were some issues with one of the properties not appearing, although the staff tried to solve it from afar. All in all, a stay here comes highly recommended!
