Many guests found the hotel to be misleadingly rated with some even saying that it's more of a 3-star establishment than a 5-star one. Rooms were criticized for their outdated furnishings and some guests found hair in their food. The lack of French-speaking staff was particularly annoying, given the supposed 5-star rating. That being said, some visitors had a great time and praised certain aspects of the hotel, like the staff, location and food. Additionally, the hotel boasts private pools, although some guests found the access to be difficult. However, the beach was disappointing with guests finding it small, dirty and uninviting, while the All Inclusive package fell short of 5-star standards with only two bottles of water per day. Overall, if you go in with lower expectations, you might have an excellent stay, but be wary of the misleading 5-star rating.
