The staff was accommodating, friendly and efficient and took great precautions during these difficult times. The hotel is a beautiful and comfortable stay for guests, though some rooms could benefit from refurbishment. The pool area is very nice and guests can access soft drinks and a bar, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery from the balcony. The hotel offers children's menus and prompt service to ensure that kids are fed quickly and parents can enjoy their meals in peace. The hotel's location is another plus, as guests have access to an abundance of shopping and dining options. The highlight of the positive reviews were definitely the beds with many guests describing them as comfortable, amazing and felt like they were laying on a cloud.
