The hotel is very dated and in need of investment with many guests stating that the price reflects the poor quality of the accommodation. The rooms and hotel in general are in need of an upgrade and some guests reported issues with hot water and cold rooms. While some found the value for money good, overall, most guests were disappointed with their stay and would not recommend the hotel to others. The staff also appeared disinterested in guest comfort or needs and some guests even referred to it as the worst three-star hotel they've ever stayed in.
