Overall, the rooms at Rushton Hall Hotel and Spa are nice and offer a comfortable stay, but there are areas for improvement.

However, some guests have noted that the cleaning standard may not be up to scratch with a few dead flies on the window sills, mouldy silicon under the tap and water ingress. There were also reports of a room being a little dusty around the legs of the furniture and dead bugs found in the lights. However, inside the hotel was generally very clean and comfortable with the exception of a few areas.
