Although a few guests felt that the cleanliness and housekeeping could have been improved, the majority of guests felt that the hotel's facilities and services were truly enjoyable. While a small number of guests felt that the hotel was lacking in certain areas such as having an extra menu, overall, Waldhotel & SPA Davos - for body & soul was a wonderful stay at a 4-star level.
