Many guests praised the hotel's location, describing it as excellent and ideal for day trips to interesting sites. Lavenham itself is a charming village that offers plenty of local walks, shops, bars and restaurants, which were all appreciated by guests. Although the on-site car park is small, there is an alternative site for parking close by, ensuring hassle-free access. Overall, guests were very pleased with the Swan Hotel & Spa's fantastic and central location, making it an exceptional choice for those seeking a quintessential English village experience.

Breakfast

The quality of the food is excellent and the staff is extremely helpful, particularly the breakfast team. However, some guests have experienced inconsistencies in food portions and service. Although the Swan Full breakfast wasn't enjoyed by some guests, the options available are plentiful and, sometimes, beautifully presented.
