Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' categoryThe Middlebury Inn is a beautiful and awesome hotel located in a nice town with a superb location. The hotel has historic charm and comfortable rooms that guests loved. The staff, especially Nick at dinner and the people at the desk, were also loved by guests. The decor is lovely overall. However, some guests complained that the noise from the highway trucks made it difficult to sit and relax outside and the air conditioner was too noisy in the lobby. Additionally, there were no dining facilities open on three nights and there was no microwave in the room for coffee, causing inconvenience for seniors. Nonetheless, despite some small drawbacks, the Middlebury Inn is a great place to stay for a comfortable and charming experience.
