The central location is convenient for Cardiff Central Station, making it a perfect location to explore Cardiff. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, warm and welcoming with lovely comfortable beds. The hotel's facilities are excellent with a very clean convenient place to stay in Cardiff. While some guests mentioned overpriced experience, others found it good value and an enjoyable stay in Cardiff. Furthermore, the hotel was exceptional, fabulous, excellent and a great experience for some. However, the hotel needs new cleaners and some guests had a disappointing experience and poor management. Finally, some guests complained about extortionate car park charges and having to pay for WiFi.
