We also offer week-long group yoga retreats, for a maximum of 10 persons, for which dates are put up on our website well in advance, Our yoga teacher is qualified, excellent and dedicated. He is also very articulate in English. Lessons are customised according to the students’ proficiency and specific health issues, if any. Along with asanas ( postures), there is considerable emphasis on breath work.
