The nearby beach is one of the highlights of staying at Kumba. It's just a short walk - around 5 minutes - down the road, so you can easily pop back and forth throughout the day. Koum Kapi beach is less than 10 minutes away and there are plenty of tavernas nearby to grab a bite to eat. Guests also appreciate being within walking distance of the old town. Plus, some rooms are so close to the beach that you can get from the water to your bed in just 30 seconds! While there are a few negative comments about the beach not being ideal for swimming, overall guests love the convenience of having the sea right there. And even if you want to explore further afield, the distance to other beaches is still manageable - it's just a 30-minute walk to Nea Chora beach.
