The rooms are lovely and the hotel is considered the best place to stay in Seattle. The staff is friendly and makes the stay memorable with the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse receiving special mention for its exceptional food and service. Although there is no pool, most guests were satisfied with the facilities and services. Although some guests raised concerns about maintenance, the majority were impressed with the hotel and would love to stay there again. Overall, Grand Hyatt Seattle is a marvellous and exceptional hotel.
