While the rooms are outdated and vary in size, they are generally clean and comfortable with cozy beds. The bathrooms, however, are in dire need of updating and some guests found them unsanitary. The hotel prides itself on cleanliness with the lobby being especially impressive. The staff is exceptional with valets and receptionists being particularly wonderful. The valet parking service is convenient and efficient with guests feeling that the extra cost is well worth it. The beds are comfortable and provide guests with a good night's rest, although some guests found them small or not extremely comfortable. Overall, the Columbia Club is a clean and comfortable place to stay with a wonderful vibe and exceptional staff.
