Although a bit on the expensive side, the experience is enjoyable, especially with the spectacular grounds that surround it. The rooms are beautiful, though a bit warm and the hotel itself is exceptional in every respect. Many guests were confused as to why it's only rated four-star when it should be five, as it offers superb facilities and services. The hotel's modern amenities and lovely walks and drives around the area are added bonuses during your stay. The staff are excellent and the food and cocktails are of great quality. However, some feel that the hotel is missing some essential details that would elevate it to the next level. Overall, Killeavy Castle Estate is a beautiful castle hotel that's perfect for a relaxing stay.
