Although some guests felt that the service did not meet their expectations for a 5-star hotel, many others had an excellent experience with efficient and friendly wait staff and a vast selection of food and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The hotel facilities were highly praised, including the excellent restaurants and the professional service.
