Kyriad Restaurant Centre SPA Vichy is referred to as a three-star hotel, but guest reviews indicate that this rating might be slightly misleading. While the hotel is considered very good and offers a good value for money, some aspects fall short of three-star standards. The facilities and amenities, such as small bathrooms and outdated equipment, do not meet the expectations for this rating. Additionally, certain services, including breakfast and room cleanliness, have room for improvement. Despite these issues, the hotel does provide the basic facilities one would anticipate from a three-star establishment.

Midland Hôtel - Restaurant Le Derby's has mixed reviews regarding its three-star rating. The hotel's location, staff, and cleanliness are positively noted across various reviews, suggesting a commendable consistency in these aspects. However, some guests express dissatisfaction, particularly with the bathroom facilities and the need for room renovations. The mismatch of the toilet seat and tank lid is a frequently mentioned inconvenience, pointing to a need for modern updates. Despite these drawbacks, visitors find it a pleasant stopover in Vichy. Overall, while certain facilities and services might not fully meet three-star expectations, its appealing location and attentive staff make it a comfortable option for travelers.
