While there is a €25 charge for some of the spa facilities if you're not getting treatments, many guests found it to be well worth the cost. Some guests couldn't get enough of the spa, loving the hallenbad and wellness area. They found the quality of the masseuse and facilities to be amazing with treatments that left them saying "spa wow." The spa itself was described as fabulous, brilliant and lovely and one guest even went so far as to say it was "the best spa I have ever been to." That being said, a few guests found the experience disappointing with one even stating that the spa wasn't a highlight for a hotel of this caliber. Some guests also found the pools in both the spa and leisure center to be too cold to be enjoyable, although others still enjoyed the use of the spa pool. Overall, while not every guest loved the spa experience, for many it was a highlight of their stay.
