Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Super 8 by Wyndham Covington garners praise for its convenient location, which is easily accessible from the Interstate and close to downtown attractions, shops and restaurants. Guests appreciate the safety and quiet environment, along with clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff, making it a comfortable stay. The proximity to the Atlanta airport and popular nearby spots enhances its appeal, offering good parking facilities and ease of navigation.
While the breakfast options are limited and often found lacking in variety and availability, the staff's helpfulness in addressing other issues is commendable. For those looking for a more substantial breakfast, nearby dining options like the Waffle House are recommended.
The hotel rooms receive high marks for cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness, despite some issues with maintenance, lingering smells and noise from other guests. Clean towels, comfortable beds and an overall clean appearance are frequently noted positives, although notable negative experiences include reports of pests, unclean areas and occasional discomfort with the cleaning staff.
The hotel staff is highlighted as a major positive aspect with guests often describing them as friendly, polite and accommodating. The management, particularly the manager, is frequently praised for their exceptional service. Lastly, the beds are often described as very comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep.
In summary, the Super 8 by Wyndham Covington is a well-located, clean and comfortable hotel with standout staff service, although improvements in breakfast variety and maintenance could enhance the overall guest experience.
