The Broadwater Guest House is a beautiful accommodation perfectly situated at the quieter end of the sea front, just a short walk from the centre of Morecambe. The location is convenient for exploring the Silverdale and Arnside AONB and is on the bus route to the historic city of Lancaster. Guests can enjoy pleasant half an hour promenade walk with wonderful sunsets from the beach and superb views of the bay. The hotel offers a variety of rooms, including sea view rooms with some looking out over Morecambe Bay. The location is great with easy access to the shops, restaurants and public transport. However, parking could be a problem in the busy season. Overall, guests have described the location as very nicely placed, accessible, good, great, excellent base, convenient, perfect, beautiful, superb and lovely.

The breakfast caters to all requirements with a wide range of fruits, cereals, pastries and even hot porridge and pancakes.
