The outdoor pool and hot tub area is well maintained and provides beach access, although a few guests found it relatively small and the bar closed early. The beach is perfect with amazing oceanfront views and direct access. The beds are generally comfortable, earning high marks of approval, but some guest rooms may suffer from mold, old furniture and unpleasant smells. While some guests have reported dirty hallways and rooms, others have praised the hotel for being very clean overall. Given the great value for money, we recommend giving The Strand a try during your next stay in the area.
