Taj Fisherman’s Cove Resort & Spa in Chennai seems to have lost its former charm, according to recent guest reviews. While it is branded as a five-star resort, reviewers suggest that it falls short of the expected standards associated with such a rating. Many guests point out that the rooms feel dated and are in need of a revamp, with some mentioning issues like smelly air conditioning and unclean building areas. The absence of modern conveniences like Netflix on the TVs further detracts from the experience. There are also comments on the inconsistency in food quality, with many finding it too spicy or salty. These reviews indicate that potential guests may want to adjust their expectations or look for alternative accommodations in Chennai until noticeable improvements are made.
