Known as one of Nevada's first luxury hotels, Mizpah Hotel boasts not only luxurious furnishings but also its very own ghost. The "Lady in Red" is said to be a woman who died on the 5th floor of the hotel and remained there ever since. She is known to whisper in men's ears or leave a pearl from her necklace on the guests' pillows.
As one of the oldest resort in Las Vegas, Flamingo Hotel has a ghost of its own, despite the dazzling lights that should ward all spirits off. Bugsy Siegel was a mobster who contributed in the development of the hotel but when his spending got out of control, he was shot dead by his investors a little after the opening of the hotel. Guests have reported seeing his ghost around the premises, as he probably enjoys the hotel's success even in the afterlife.
