The hotel is smaller than a buzzing big hotel, yet larger than a B&B, making it BIG on CLASS. It has a good location with only a 10-minute walk downtown and a 5-minute ride to the mansions. However, some guests have mentioned issues with small rooms, smell, lack of daily service, sketchy wifi and no bell service. Despite these negatives, it is clear that The Attwater is a great place to stay and definitely worth considering.

Our rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated with great furnishings and details, as well as quality towels and silence. Guests have loved the bed and breakfast and have found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. We have some great amenities like coffee in the morning and single serve breakfast items available for purchase.

Our property is beautiful, very clean and provides great parking facilities. Our visitors have described their stay as sensacional and fantastic with one person even describing it as "a piece of Kennedy". We provide exceptional service and ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay in our superb inn. Overall, our guests have loved their experience and can't wait to come back, which is a testament to the quality of our facilities and services.
