The staff are extremely friendly and provide exceptional service, especially to families with children. The breakfast is simply amazing and the room service is delicious. You'll never want to leave this beautiful hotel with its modern vintage design, all 5-star amenities and spectacular location near a sublime beach. The resort is a true gem with an excellent therapist at the spa and staff, rooms and nature all in their glory. While some guests felt that the hotel was not exactly what they expected from a 5-star rating, most agreed that it was the best resort in Sri Lanka. Overall, the Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort is a fabulous 10/10 hotel experience with top-class location, food, service, design, staff and facilities.
