The butlers in particular were exceptional with Mr. Truong and Bao receiving high praise for their friendliness and attentiveness. Even the 24hr room service was great! Though some guests experienced difficulty communicating with certain staff members whose English wasn't strong, the vast majority of guests found the staff to be lovely, kind and attentive. As one guest put it, "nhân viên rất thân thiện, lịch sự và nhiệt tình" (the staff are friendly, polite and enthusiastic). Another mentioned the butler assistant Dimitrov as "a real gentleman and asset to the resort."
