The staff at Stonehurst Manor Breakfast & Dinner Included have received glowing commendations from guests. Most guests have shared that the team is fabulous, friendly and inviting. Visitors appreciate the incredible staff who are cordial and attentive to their needs. Many even highlight how much they loved the staff and food options with some remembering their Bailey, the fantastic server who made their dining experience fantastic. While some reviews expressed concern about staff being overworked, most guests still acknowledged that the serving staff was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, there were a few exceptions, like the front desk, which some visitors found were not customer-focused, lacking urgency or even being unfriendly.
