The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Although parking can be expensive, the valet service is convenient and practical. The beds are comfortable with soft and fluffy pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, Canopy By Hilton Portland Waterfront is an excellent hotel with outstanding service and exceptional amenities.

The hotel's cleanliness is impressive, given its dog-friendly status and the gym is also highlighted as particularly clean and well-maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly with guests especially noting the helpful valet service and accommodating staff. The hotel is a great option for pet-friendly accommodations and guests appreciated the reasonable pet fee. Although amenities could be improved, the well-appointed hotel is worth the value for money.
