The hotel is within an easy drive of Corbridge and other tourist sights, making it a fantastic choice not just for golfers, but for anyone who wants to explore the area. However, some guests pointed out a lack of coordination with some experiencing a double charge. Nonetheless, overall, Matfen Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa is a fantastic hotel with great golf facilities that are perfect for a number of golfers. The members are all very welcoming and the magnificent view to the golf only adds to the experience.
