Guests rave about the wonderful spa, which offers a nice pool, hot tub and various treatments. Many loved the hot tub and spa so much they didn't want to leave. Additionally, the pools are perfect for kids but perhaps not as relaxing for adults. A downside guests pointed out is that the Spa and Wellness Center are on two different floors, which can be inconvenient at times. While some found the spa a bit pricey, it's worth every penny for the serene experience it offers. Guests were disappointed that they couldn't use the facilities because of Covid restrictions and appointment requirements, but this shouldn't discourage you from making a visit as it's all for your safety.
