Located in a prime area, the Margaritaville Resort Orlando is surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants and beautiful attractions. Whether you're looking to have a great time at the amusement parks close by or simply want to relax and enjoy the instant tropical vibe, this resort is the perfect location for you. It's conveniently located less than a 2-hour drive from many basic stores, so picking up food and essentials is always a breeze. If you want to explore the beautiful area on foot, everything is within walking distance, including nearby shopping and restaurants. The proximity to all amusement parks is a highlight for many guests with Disney World being especially close. The beautiful and spacious property offers guests an incredible and excellent place to unwind with a nice quiet area that still remains close to a lot of fun restaurants and bars. Whether for fun or relaxation, Margaritaville Resort Orlando couldn't be in a more perfect location.

Dinner

If you're looking for a resort in Orlando with great dining options, Margaritaville is definitely worth checking out! While there were a few negative reviews about the pool restaurant and bar closing early, overall guests had positive things to say about the on-site restaurants. There are also tablets in the rooms for guests to use. Some guests reported that their rooms were not as clean as they would have liked, but overall, the rooms and hotel staff were fantastic. With a great value for what you pay, the resort offers spacious, private and quiet accommodations. Guests specifically raved about the cleanliness, comfort and decor of the rooms. A few guests had issues with construction and bed size, but these seemed to be isolated incidents. From the moment guests step into the hotel, they are greeted with smiling faces and friendliness. The staff goes out of their way to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay, making it an exceptional experience. Although there were a few instances of less than perfect service, overall, the staff exhibited great customer service, making guests feel at home. The housekeepers were super sweet, the front desk and restaurant staffs were professional and friendly and the spa staff and bartenders were exceptional. The pool and lobby staff were fantastic and the drivers were polite and outgoing. While some complained of understaffing issues, which resulted in some delays, others praised the friendly people and exceptional staff who went beyond to ensure guests had a wonderful time. Despite a few hiccups with a couple of staff members, most guests had not a single bad experience with the staff and everyone agreed that the staff was excellent.

Pool

Margaritaville Resort Orlando boasts a spectacular pool area, loved by guests of all ages. There are spacious pools for family fun, as well as a more calming atmosphere at the quieter adult pool. Despite lots of small children in the pool, there is still enough room for everyone to play together. The pool area is well-maintained with lots of shady spots and cabanas are available for rent. The pool bar serves delicious food and drinks, though some guests found the prices to be a bit high. Though there are plenty of amenities available poolside, some guests noted that not enough chairs or sunbeds were available. Still, guests enjoyed relaxing at the beautiful outdoor and heated pools and appreciated the cleanliness and cool water. While some guests were disappointed with shortened pool hours, most had a great time soaking up the sun by the pool.

Family

The Margaritaville Resort Orlando is the perfect family vacation destination with lots of activities for both kids and adults. Guests have loved staying in the 3 or 5 bedroom cottages complete with a pool - it's a convenient home base for families and great for larger groups. Despite being away from the parks, it's a good option for those looking to stay in a family-friendly location. Guests have had a great time with their families, creating beautiful memories together. Overall, this wunderschönes resort (that's "wonderful" in German!) is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway with top-notch pools.

With a hefty price tag of $660 for a night's stay, guests were not disappointed with the overall experience, despite some complaints about fast food service at high-end prices. The lobby offered a nice atmosphere to unwind in and the rooms were absolutely stunning with exceptional decor that left guests in awe. The luxurious feel of the hotel is further enhanced by the staff, whom even a former operations manager for luxury hotels was pleased with.
