Some guests did mention that the parking garage is a little tight, but this was not a major issue. A few guests did have some trouble navigating the parking lot and found the exit signs to be unclear. Additionally, there were no valet services available which meant that guests had to park themselves. However, there were often empty parking spots at the front of the hotel which made parking more convenient. Guests were also pleased to have a Publix conveniently located right down the road from the resort. While some guests had to park outside due to the garage being full, this did not seem to be a frequent issue. Some guests did complain about a broken elevator and the unpleasant smell of the trash/dumpsters while walking through the parking lot, but an assistant manager was onsite to help address issues as they arose. Lastly, while some found the $2 toll charges to access the resort disappointing, this was deemed out of the resort's control. Overall, guests were satisfied with the ample parking options available at the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa.
