The staff at Amaya Hills Kandy is undeniably friendly, helpful and accommodating with exceptional commitment to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. From the bell boys to the front desk and restaurant staff, all go above and beyond to please guests. Many guests commended the staff's attentiveness, professionalism and warm hospitality. They were willing to assist in any way possible, from upgrading rooms, providing outstanding service, to arranging transport into town. Room service and security staff were also cooperative and friendly. Although some guests had minor issues with the check-in process or the use of gloves in the restaurant, overall, the staff received countless praises for their fantastic service. They tried their best to meet guests' needs and to create a pleasurable and welcoming stay.
